Relax in the private sunken hot tub that seats 8. For family fun, there is a lower-level game room with regulation-size pool table, PlayStation, board games & TV/VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your vacation needs. For BBQ fans, a charcoal grill is located under the large breezeway/ carport. On the deck, a family sized picnic table, rockers & swings give ample seating for outdoor dining, soaking up the sun or enjoying the majestic mountain scenery.

There is easy access to 3 Cobbly Nob community swimming pools. Also enjoy a great view of the Gary Player designed Bent Creek public golf course which offers a challenging, unique design nestled between the peaceful water and the grand mountains. A remodeling project has just been completed to add a 3rd bathroom in the basement. Another project is in the works to add a bunkroom that will sleep an additional 3 people (perfect for kids!) and a wet bar in the basement adjacent to the gameroom.
